Will The Mafia's Doctor be updated any time soon? I love it! Please don't give up on it

I don't know what time or when you will be reading this message, but my name is Natty and I would like to ask your permission to translate one of your stories into Portuguese, the story in question is Becoming The Mafia's Doctor, I am reading it and loving it a lot. I write some stories and also translate and adapt stories from other writers here on the platform. Hey yall quick update. I'm still alive lol. Everything is going okay. I'm actually rewriting Becoming the Mafias Doctor. I didn't like the pacing so I'm rewriting it. I might post it as it's own version and leave the original up but I'm also thinking of just completely replacing it. Let me know what yall think.

          Xade Swiss or should I say Aden Smith, is the future heir of Italian Mafia. currently being a student in his last year of Riverfield University, is everyone's dream partner. whether it be man or woman. those chocolate brown hair, emerald eyes, and striking features [both face AND body] attract everyone who passes him, after all he is RICH and RIPPED [sorry bad joke]. what happens when he 'coincidently' gets tangled up with a group of best friends and becomes their sugar baby coz they are so willing to share him...
          
          Park Hyunjin, the first male of the group is a professor in Riverfield University. He is what you can say the answer of people's obsession with Asians. well built [veryyyy, you'll read], tall, nerd [a handsome one], did i mention dayuumm handsome...oh and a yandere...and Asian.
          
          Carter Miller, youngest in the group, is the leader of a pop group, known world-wide. to describe physically:- tattoos, piercings, lots of abbs.
          
          Chris Joseph, CEO of Josephine Pvt & Ltd. direct owner of Josephine clothing, Josephine home decor, Josephine Automobiles, Josephine and Josephine all over the place...is the shortest in the group. his cocky personality is a huge drawback for someone who wants to date him. in short [did you see what i did there @_@], he is the king in almost every industry he steps in. [and no, he wasn't born with even a silver spoon in his mouth]
          
          Lucas Kane, the person who recently ascended the throne to Russian Mafia, is the tallest, rudest, kindest, handsomemest [i know its not a thing but u understand right?] asshole on the planet. though he recently became the mafia KING, many people outside his territory don't know his power. the oldest of the group and the earliest too.
          
          the way the story continues...what do you think will happen when Xade gets to know that he desperately needs a life partner to ascend the throne awaiting.

When are you going to update "The Mafia's Doctor"?  I would love to read the whole book and could you make it mpreg please????
