Katie Pomper found her love for plastering her imagination on the page at just eight years old. An ambitious author, she wrote her first novel-length story at just thirteen. After spending the last twenty years reading and writing her way through mysteries, folklore, horror, fantasy, and adventure, she found her niche in romance, where she can flex her joy and experience with the other genres under the lens of love. A hopeless romantic, she applies classic romance tropes to her expansive worlds and deeply relatable characters. 
Katie enjoys reaping inspiration from the peaks of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Asheville, NC where she lives with her husband and kitty cat. She spends her free time writing poetry, playing piano, and crying into pints of ice cream. Katie is currently working toward earning her B.A. in English/Creative Writing at Southern New Hampshire University while writing her first 'romantasy' series titled "SPARK".
