Quirk: Spirit Abduction- The ability to use spirits energy from the underworld to break down matter, Unlike her brother Kai she cannot recreate matter. She is a destroyer. Has a pair of wings on her back that control her quirks aim, and help her fly.

Backstory: Kay was born years after her brother Chisaki was taken in my pops. She was a hybrid, as her mother had and affair with a man who was a hybrid an posses a spirit quirk.  Her parents really didn't care about Kai's and tried to hide the fact he even existed. Kay was named after Kai, so if people asked about a kid named Kai then they could say it was a mistake and Kay was there only kid. When Kay was 15 she found the documents about her older brother and went to find him. He barley new of her existence and tried to get her to leave. Kay didn't budge so he let her join, on the condition she does not tell any hero's and does not ruin the Yakuza's plan. So from there on she was a loyal member of the Shie Hassaikai and became friends with Toya Setsuno they became close but have not dates as Setsuno is afraid of relationships.. Over the three years she has been there she has become adapted to living with all the men who work with her brother. And she has turned a blind eye to the abuse Chisaki gives to his kids.
