Try to make your story as easy as possible for your reader to understand. Sometimes you need to explain stuff that might seem really obvious to you using words that aren't technical terms. I think your dialogue is very natural sounding. You've clearly thought how your different characters would talk and they each have their own voice. I love to leave each chapter with a question mark over what will happen next to make my reader keen to read on when I next update my story. Hope this s helpful.
