          So I can't continue this story without her permission. 
          
          Of course, I understand the significance of "Sole Purpose" to her. I'll respect her request and won't rewrite it.

Actually, the thing is that some people are saying you have to get permission from the author. If you don't have permission, then don't write the story. I tell them that I clearly mentioned in the story's interview that this story doesn't belong to me, and all credit goes to the real author. But they still message me to stop writing.
