Hi, I'm Kimberley. I'm 27 years old and currently (still) going to school. I'm aiming to become a teacher's assistant. But I also want to become a writer. I've won a contest 16 years ago for poetry about freedom. It was just a small contest within my school district, but my poem was still printed on a postcard and sold within The Netherlands. Last year I entered a poetry competition and ended up on the longlist. So, I got published in a book, which was also sold in The Netherlands. 

So, yeah, I like writing poetry. But I also like to write stories. Mostly fantasy, but recently I'm having an interest in slice of life stories. So, I went and wrote one and entered it in the MSLexia Short Story competition. I would like to write fulltime, but being a teacher's assistant is also a big passion of mine. I love working with kids. And for some odd reason, kids like me too... I'll probably graduate in two and a half years. 

I don't work fulltime. Writing is a passion of mine too. I'd like to make it my fulltime job one day.
