I had to make two major changes to Double Exposure after some valuable feedback from a writers’ meeting yesterday.

Chapter 1: It was brought to my attention that there are no direct flights from New Orleans to Vienna (who knew?!). Travelers would need to go through Washington, D.C., with about a two-hour layover. So… I made that change in Chapter 1.

Chapter 2: Another great catch—if a flight is diverted to another country for an emergency landing, the Captain would absolutely make an announcement with instructions on what to expect once on the ground. Plus, Customs and Immigration would get involved, and transportation to the final destination would be arranged. All of that is now included in Chapter 2.

I hope you enjoy these updates, and as always, thank you for reading Double Exposure!

I've had to make sweeping changes to Chapters 1-13. Minor things that were suggested to me by editors who do this all the time. If you read 1-13, and you were to read them again, you would probably not see any changes, that is how minor it is. But, changes none the less. Things like "Reed suddenly blinked away" could have been change to "Reed work up".

Anyway....that has been done, and now the NEWEST chapter, chapter 14 has been posted.

          ENJOY!!!!

 NEW CHAPTER ALERT!

Chapter 13: Negative Space of my novel Double Exposure is now LIVE!

The photoshoot? Yeah… it did not go as planned. If you missed Chapter 12, you seriously skipped one heck of an adrenaline rush. It’s packed with pro photography references you'll recognize—Denny Mfg, cameras, lighting, tripods—you name it.

But now? The shoot’s over. Reed’s scrambling, and the danger is far from behind him.

Chapter 11: Depth of Field is LIVE!

Only one more chapter before the high-stakes photo shoot of Secretary Kessler—and the tension is at an all-time high. Twists, turns, and near disasters. The shoot was almost canceled. The Secretary’s life is in danger. The stakes? Higher than ever.

This chapter dives deep into the web of deception, hidden agendas, and last-minute maneuvers that could change everything. Don’t miss it—Chapter 11 sets up the "DEPTH" of all the chaos to come.

I had to make a small change to Chapter 1. I woke up in the middle of the night and realized and realized this small paragraph did not line up perfectly with how the book ends. You probably do not even remember reading this and you for sure do not remember what it said before. But, just incase you do.....here is what I changed the paragraph to:

Reed struggled to get comfortable in his seat, the low drone of the engines a constant hum in his ears. His mission had seemed straightforward—at least at first: photograph Secretary Lucien Kessler, one of the most powerful figures in the U.S. government, at an exclusive event in Vienna. The press pass, courtesy of PPI, was his cover. A routine assignment—or so it seemed. But just minutes after receiving the mission, its true scope came into focus. The real task was embedded in the shoot itself: passing on a coded sequence hidden within a seemingly routine photo op. The mission was twofold—capture an image of Secretary Kessler and confirm that the code had been received.

Chapter 9 of Double Exposure is LIVE!

Reed dives deeper into PPI’s tangled web, uncovering dangerous secrets that could bring Barry Cox’s empire crashing down. With the stakes climbing and time running out, every move counts.

Chapter 6 of Double Exposure is Now Live!
          Read here: https://www.wattpad.com/story/387652278-double-exposure

In Chapter 6: “The Lens”, Reed Sawyer’s tangled web of secrets grows even more complicated as he forms an uneasy alliance with Keith Kranch and Craig Carter. What begins as a chance encounter at Lenscape Photography Rentals quickly reveals just how deep PPI’s layers of deception go. With Barry Cox’s shadow looming larger than ever, Reed proposes a bold plan centered on Secretary Kessler’s upcoming photo shoot—a plan that could either expose Barry’s empire or destroy everything Reed has left.

This chapter is packed with tension, unexpected twists, and the fragile trust forming between allies who were once enemies. But can Reed really trust anyone in PPI’s fractured world of shadows?

Warning: If you haven’t read Chapters 1–5 yet, stop here to avoid spoilers! Start from the beginning to catch up on Reed’s high-stakes journey into a covert world where nothing is as it seems.
