Hello readers,
I recently made some edits to Wish Your Name's Prelude, Specifically the last few chapters, Because it felt like one slap in the face after another full of.. Well, Let's be honest, it was a clusterf*ck of arcs. I now seperated them, giving them the correct pacing. And what should happen first is most definetely Tsubaki's Rivalry -- Her Escalating Hatred for Tamamo.
I will make a note when I change something. Most times, I have it saved in a draft and intend to use it for later. Because as a Novelist, I tend to want to get to the climax as soon as possible. So I see myself sometimes skipping straight to things that should have an entire arc around it.
So that is what I am trying to do is let the arc breathe a bit more.
Furthering this, I have changed some of the Prelude to give Tsubaki more of a .. Important Role. She is one of the characters that I'm working delicately on. Yes, She is very rude, antagonistic, And I now have a set roadmap of how her story is going to go from beginning to end. Same with Tamamo / Aina. Just getting there is the hard part. Always has been.
I wish to work on the prelude more, So expect Chapters of Wish your Name to Come out slowly.. (I'm also stuck on a conversation there, NGL, Said conversation is taking some time.)
So until I figure out said conversation, It's temporarily on Hiatus.
With that said, The Prelude is currently going through the School Arc.
Consistently, I plan to have a few arcs inside the School Arc.
