Hello, everyone! I'm Koda. Pleasure to meet my potential readers and/or fellow writers!

To get right to the point, I'm a writer of fiction. I love imagining the impossible and bringing it to life with storytelling. Non-fiction is a little less thrilling, in my personal opinion. (Meaning I'm no good at it.)

I've mainly been writing as a hobby. Ever since I was a kid, I had a knack for words. (Thanks, Mom.) It never crossed my mind, attempting to become an author, at least not until I got into college.

When my professors in my writing courses read my work, they encouraged me to continue what I was doing and pursue it as a career. (They even pulled my Dad aside, which was both flattering and a little embarrassing. Now he won't stop talking about my book.)

I had a gig, writing the pilot episode for a kids show. I'm not sure if it was ever actually made, but I was paid for it, so no big deal. (Keeping the title out of this as it is likely to have my real name in the credits. Takes away the point of having a Pen Name.)

What I'm hoping to accomplish here is a chance to get my stories out there and recognized. If ever I get the chance to catch the eye of a publisher, I may just internally freak out.

Everlast will be a series I continuously work on. I may have others from time to time, but this will be my biggest story. I already have a few chapters written, but I'm going to put them up one at a time. (Might post the second chapter, anyway. Just to give you guys more to see.)
