@wolfsoldier9001 I was actually saying that you can nerf him a little, just keep in mind, he's the type to train any technique he uses often to a point that it's as close to perfect as he can get it, his basic affinities from weakest to strongest are earth, water, fire, lightning, wind.
            When you say assassin type clothes, are you talking Assassin's Creed or something,  because these are what I picture him wearing,

            Also it should only be thanks to tutoring that kenshin has any genjutsu he can use, and viciously abused the secret of shadow clones to get his chakra control to medic level, although he uses the rasengan as a chakra control exercise in secret.

            Trains as hard as Might Guy, but also lives by 'Play, so that you may be serious'. Kenshin Hanma was one of the first genins under Orochimaru, but was taken  as an apprentice by Kakashi's father a month before Orochimaru made Anko his apprentice. Has trained all 5 basic nature transformations, & has trained in yin, yang, & yin-yang natures.
            Kenjutsu:Kage to God level
            Taijutsu: High Jonin to mid Kage  (Trains in strong fist, Turtle Hermit, Shorinji Kempo, fist of flowing water crushing rock, & more) has beaten Guy more than once, but only because he has an easier time with the gates.
            Ninjutsu: (shockingly) Mid jonin to low kage, but limited in jutsu that he has mastered to borderline perfection, a handful for elemental jutsus, mastered non-affinity related jutsu like shadow clone, exploding clone, shadow shuriken, tile shuriken, substitution, transformation, (Rasengan but doesn't use it out of respect for Minato), knows around 237 elemental jutsu
            Genjutsu: if not for ability to sense and break out of even the kotomatatsukami  (Shisui's Mangekyo special genjutsu) almost non existent, as he mastered only a few c rank jutsu & some D rank
            Fuinjutsu: Uzumaki LVL 10 Master, but not even Hiruzen knows that at the start of canon
            medic: great if you don't mind the occasional scar, 
            Chakra reserves: high kage level easy 
            Chakra control: passable medic but not perfect
