Chugging away on rewrites and continuation of Rise of Magic! I'll post all new chapters at once instead of as finished.
I am too shocked to really compute at the moment but... Rise of Magic has made it to Round 2 in the Open Novella Contest 2019!
I had entered on a whim and to push myself from my comfort zone. As it got closer and closer to the time for the Round 1 qualifiers to be announced I had talked myself into not getting my hopes up. I thought for sure I'd be shelving the project (for now).
Congratulations to all who made it through!!! I look forward to meeting more of you.
I have a new chapter for The Cursed Key ready but I'm not sure what is making me drag my feet on posting it. I don't think I'm happy with it. I'm hoping to work through it and post at the beginning of the week.
I have more of The Cursed Key to post soon! January has been by far my most personally creatively productive months ever! I've done more writing than ever and just picked up painting.
2019 is off to a promising start. Hope that is true for you as well.

Rise of Magic got a huge cover makeover.
When I first started the story to join the Open Novella Contest I used a cover I already had designed (I'm a cover designer by trade) for timing sake. This afternoon I took a few hours to design a cover that is more suitable to the story.
Hope you all approve of the change!
I have been able to bounce back and forth between all 3 of my current stories because in this rare moment of time ALL THE CHARACTERS ARE TALKING AT ONCE. It's a bit chaotic in here. Lol. I have new chapters for each ready but I'm still debating on a posting schedule.
Any advice on that is appreciated.
