This message is for my Writing 12 class. Since we already have a platform that we are working with, we will continue to use wattpad to work for our class. The instructions from the school is just to connect with students this week, and then we will officially start the class again around mid-April. I will change the deadlines in the Writing 12 book to reflect this. Essentially, we will continue exactly as we did in class - you will eventually have due dates for commenting on other people's work each week(won't start until April 13th) and you will have deadlines for chapters to continue. Not much will change for us. Hope everyone is healthy and doing okay. Please message me personally through wattpad if you have any questions about anything. I will use this week to catch up on marking overdue work.

I am deeply saddened to announce that one of my former writing students @RachaelMcDonald8 has passed away yesterday after losing her fight with cancer. She was a student in my Writing 12 class and we used Wattpad as a venue for the course. She was so brave to share her story in her book "From Happiness to Pain' here on Wattpad and as part of her work in my writing class.  One of Rachel's many dreams was to be a writer and share her stories with the world.  She managed to get 981 views of her story so far, and in her memory, I'd love to see her reach 1000 views. If you can find time in your day to read even a bit of her book,  I'm sure that Rachel is looking down from Heaven right now, and monitoring her wattpad account! RIP Rachel, you won't be forgotten!

Hey everyone! You might have noticed that I had to remove Montecito temporarily because we are now in the process of publishing the series. Season 1 is now published on Amazon and because of the exclusive contract we signed, we can't have it up here. But, Season 2 and 3 will eventually be available on here for a short time, so if you haven't read it, catch up now. 
          A free preview of the first chapter in Montecito Season 1 is available still.

I have FINALLY posted a new appisode "The Wedding", which is the 7th appisode of Season 2 of "Montecito." I haven't posted since November! So sorry for the delay and I hope some of you will come back to Montecito. I will post the 8th appisode right away, as well, as I'd like you all to catch up to Season 3 - which premieres on March 27th. 
          
          Finally, thank you very much to all my new followers! Also, if you check out my profile, you'll notice that I've added a new book/new reading list - which includes my Writing 12 course I'm teaching - and you'll find the students' work there, if your interested. 
          
          I also promise to catch up on all those reading requests as my professional life just got a lot less busy.
