Something about me...

My name is Valentina Marzulli. Lady Margot is just my pseudonym. I was born in Taranto on 25 October 1990 and then raised in a remote village in the very south of Italy. As a child,  I was always fascinated by the Moon and I studied piano for many years. I fell hopelessly in love with Chopin. Life then led me to move to  the beautiful region of Northern Bavaria (Germany), where I currently live.

I have typical Italian traits but not so typical are my beliefs. I've always been attached to my native land, to the sea, colors, flavors and scents of the South. Despite this, I love the placid calm and austerity of the thick Bavarian forests with equal passion. I speak Italian as my native language, Spanish, English and German. I also studied French and Latin for a few years of my life. In my spare time I love reading, writing and learning new things. Despite being a very homely person, I love contact with nature. I love walking in the woods, at the beach, losing myself in a breathtaking sunset over the sea and admiring the stars. I do not like crowded places and big cities. I have always feared that the noise of the crowd would cover the noise of my thoughts. Because that is all I have. If I lose them, what is left? 

My blog is nothing more than a collection of personal thoughts, words and stories. Not everything I write is true, but still nothing is invented.
