I am a cancer (zodiac) so obviously am very family and home orientated, a little dreamy but luckily fairly organized.
My household consists of a dog, four cats, a ferret, a husband and a son (10 yrs) who I home school. I enjoy reading, writing, sewing, yoga, swimming, washing the dishes and taking care of my plants. I like to learn about nutrition and love to cook and bake.
I like to travel, but have a crippling fear of airplanes and boats, large bridges, long tunnels and elevators. How I am ever going to get to Europe without encountering one or more of these things is beyond me. Because one of these days I will travel to Europe, I expect I will have to be heavily drugged.... until then I will just have to settle with exploring the Americas.
This year (2015) I was diagnosed with lyme disease and the year before with Hashimotos autoimmune. Thankfully I am being treated and hope for a speedy recovery.
Thunderstorms are one of my favorite weather activities, nice heavy air before and the clearing energizing sensation after.
I am very interested in dreams and like to hear about other peoples dreams. I think they really show the inner workings of the human mind. I still have nightmares about highschool (what does that say?)which I graduated from about fourteen years ago.
In my next life I would like to be a tree maybe a birch, a ginko, or a willow. Though I certainly would not turn my nose up at oak or poplar either.
Foxes are my favorite animal and it makes me physically ill when I see or hear about people breeding them for pets. The thing that makes them so mysterious and powerful is taken from them when they become lap dogs! The same goes for large cats, wolves, bears and undomesticated creatures. Our pets I understand are created from wild creatures of old, but there is nothing we can do about that at this point. These animals are now our responsibility. We need that wildness around us to fuel or imagination not to mention to balance the ecosystem!
