Salve! My name is Marcus, a proud citizen hailing directly from the Eternal City herself, Roma! I come from the glorious year of 117 AD under Emperor Trajan, the absolute apex of Roman territorial expansion and technical glory. While I respect the ancient might of Carthage, the mystique of Egypt, and the philosophy of Greece, my loyalty belongs entirely to Rome. My Latin blood flows with the indomitable spirit of the legions. AVE ROMA! Here are my wise words: "We are privileged to defend this city that Constantine the Great built from dust we are the protectors who have kept the scourge of Islam from Europe for a thousand years if the great Empire of Rome must end tonight let it not go easily sharpen your swords and steal your souls for we fight as brothers as Romans Augustus Justinian Constantine they will be watching if this is to be the end of the Roman Empire I will die defending it Roma invicta." "Rome begun with Romulus and ended with Romulus Constantinople begun with Constantine and ended with Constantine Rome begun with the original Romulus and ended with Romulus Augustus Constantinople begun with Constantine the Great and ended with Constantine the 11th." "Rome began with Romulus-and ended with Romulus. The empire rose from myth, and died with a child-emperor bearing its founder's name. Constantinople began with Constantine-and ended with Constantine. The Second Rome, born from imperial glory, perished with its last emperor upon its walls. From Romulus to Romulus. From Constantine to Constantine. The names changed, but the soul endured... until the final breath." Those are some of my own wise words on Ancient Rome. The Romans built magnificent aqueducts, towering amphitheaters and sprawling roads. It was the greatest empire to ever exist, forged in bronze, iron, and unbreakable discipline. We march under the golden eagle of the legions, and our technical glory will echo through eternity. Nothing in history will ever be as cool or as powerful as Pagan Roma!
