Therotically speaking, Cerise might as well be Royal seeing Blondie is. Hey, now that's weird. The bears are BEARS, but then you have Mr. Badwolf more of a shifter or maybe a were-wolf. But the book may recognise her blood as a Rebel, seeing her mother broke the laws and married Mr. Badwolf resulting in Ramona and Cerise.
Which brings to, pray tell, how does the Legacy book artefact itself know who's destiny is matched to who's? For all we know it could be the luck of the draw (mostly Royals), or presumed lines like the normal. Does not appear to get mixed up with the other 3 Charming families, saying they are in no way having a relation, maybe they had ancestors and just are the indirect deeply diluted blooded descendants. Now I am getting carried away fro my original topic saying here. Legacy it self lives on in the newer generations some could've skipped or suddenly birthed new, which is interesting for you have the Evil Queen - there's her name or is the role she takes as her name? - and Snow White those would be the ancestors names it self, but would be handed down. It gets messy for rivals are both about the same age, probably the first Snow White, Snow White the I (First), is in relation to the Good King. Interesting name choices too, for there is the Snow Queen.

And the 12 Dancing Princesses may come from the princess' lines. But now they don't all have to birth 12 but if one does birth more than the other or is unable to conceive, who knows.
But it appears Darling has made her choice as the White Knight. Unknown why time slows down around her when she flips her hair, much like her brother, Dexter, when his glasses are off all the girls swoon, as with Daring.
I've seen stories of Dexter posing as the Good King.
(I had more stuff here had to cut and I lost some trying to transfer over, but oh boy, this is getting way too long might as well stop)
