Hello, and welcome. Thank you for taking a look around. I recommend browsing my recent posts, where I try to be witty yet profound. Other than that there’s not much yet, as I haven’t finished writing my book, The Agony of Winter, but I hope to complete it before the end of January. In the meanwhile you can follow me and read this bio.
22, and roughly half-way through college, I’m pretty convinced that whatever else I end up doing with my life, writing should be a major part of it. No other single force has influenced my life as much as the written word, and as I have been inspired and changed by it, I want to be a changer and inspirer too. There's also my desire to be independently wealthy and live somewhere secluded and picturesque. Once I've amassed a few hundred grand, perhaps then I'll be able to work on changing the world and so on.
What fires my imagination is the ordinary lives of everyday people. It is the best, most exciting place to start from. A dragon is not such a big deal if you find it in a magical land, but the same cannot be said if you find it in your school locker. And it does not need to be a dragon to be extraordinary.
These are the kinds of stories I look for, and seeing as I have not found many, I write my own. I hope you’ll like them too.
Many thanks,
Lee Jung-hee

I'm an Asian girl from Texas who wants to write books. This sounds like one of those "pick any two" questions.View all Conversations
