I'd like to take a moment to talk about Selena. I am thrilled she felt well enough in herself to attend the AMA's. She deserved that award more than anybody. She always works so hard and hid her emotions so well. I am so incredibly proud of her for seeking the help she most definitely needed. Her speech was beautiful and I admire her honesty. Her speech was right, we should all learn to look after ourselves and learn that the stars we love so dearly also need to put themselves first and not have to always please the fans. Us as the fans should be willing them onto put their mental health first. 
          
          I was supposed to attend her Revival tour at the beginning of the month but she cancelled it to get the treatment she needed. As much as I was absolutely devastated that I couldn't go, I understood. She needed that time out. We have to learn to understand her lupus diagnosis doesn't just drain her physically, it effects her mentally too and she is thankful for us, the fans. We keep needing to prove to her that we love her unconditionally and that her physical and mental health is most important to us.
