Welcome! Wipe your shoes on the rug before you step in. Take off your hat, shrug out of your coat. Look around, see if anything catches your eye. Whether it be poorly written poetry, or a story not fully constructed, you may find something to be interesting.

Now, where do you start with a short introduction? 

I'm Alex, aged fifteen. I have high hopes to publish someday. My stories are quite rugged, and don't tend to be the most beautiful writing. I'm gradually growing as a writer, though. We'll call it progress.

I enjoy rain (and an occasional thunderstorm), odd comfort foods, and I play guitar and piano fairly well. Not the most exciting of people, but that isn't what matters! I have to save all the excitement for my characters. 

So, with that bit of familiarity tucked away in your subconscious, I bid you farewell. Unless you came to familiarize yourself with my characters, of course. 

In that case, buckle your belt, grab a bag, and hold on tight. I can't promise what sort of ride you're venturing onto.

- IMPORTANT SIDENOTE -

I don't go back and edit my stories until they are complete. I like to push through the plot and get the structure down before I go back and fix minor errors. I'll spruce up the chapters more efficiently when they're through.
