@LillianaBerry2003 You should try talking to someone. Someone you trust and love. I'm sure you'll feel better. Sharing things could possibly lessen your distress. You could listen to some songs or music you like or some other activity you find engaging. Just try not to focus on this feeling.

When I was in school, you got punished by being slapped by a ruler if you forget your homework. I even had a teacher which did that to me in secondary school.
@LillianaBerry2003 in our school we have like five punishments for this. Frog jump, kneeling down, flogging with a cane (thin long wooden stick), they remove 5 marks from ur CA (Assesment) or you get sent out of class. The teachers all have different methods. Some dont even punish us. Some do.
