@Lily-Moon91, well, if you don't keep notes on the awards you enter and with which book, the only thing I can think of is that, since most awards have us save the award book to our library, you go through the awards listed in your library and check the categories that the book you want to change the cover on would be in to see if it's there. I know it's a lot, but I've had to do that myself when I forgot to write down an award in my notebook. However, I saw the award book in my library and had to do some thorough searching. Now, I make sure to keep my notebook up to date.
