I'm Lindsay. 

I am a freelance writer and editor, the social media manager at an editing company, YA and MG writer, poet, and a mommy of two brilliant and beautiful girls. My house is Ravenclaw.  

I am in love with words, whether I am reading them, writing them, or listening to them in a song. Music is my greatest inspiration in writing--it makes my ink flow. 

My bookshelf holds novels by Shannon Hale, Kristin Cashore, Elana Johnson, Suzanne Collins, Ally Condie, Jane Austen, and the inestimable J.K. Rowling. 

I received my Master of Arts in English and Creative Writing with a fiction concentration. My bachelor's degree is in English and Literature. I am married to my best friend, with whom I share not only a life, but my obsession with quoting The Lord of the Rings and reading Harry Potter at least once--or twice--a year.
