When I'm not trying to convince my middle school students to love reading, I'm writing twisty science fiction and fantasy with lots of action and slow-burn romance. There are few things I love more than exploring complex characters, dynamic action, and unforgettable adventures. 

I live in the Midwest with my husband and one of the world's cutest dogs, Opie.
