Hey loves
School is so stressing sometimes and i feel like i am not exceeding anyone's expectations right now. My skl best friend said she is really disappointed in me for not getting good marks on my exams this time. Tbh even i'm disappointed in myself, i got too carried away with my social life that i forgot to focus on my studies. I really dont know how i can improve now, i'm gonna go to a higher grade next month and i'm honestly scared. I hope next grade i wont be this big of a mess, be good in my studies, y'know start freshly? I am scared i'll fuck it all up again. I'm scared i'll disappoint my parents... I am sorry but i s3lf hvrm3d again, i thought i deserve pain, i thought i didnt belong to this world, neither did anyone want me. 90 (or more) days of being clean went to waste... I'm such a fool.

Just do your best and continue on xx I'm sure everything will go well and I believe in you xx Sometimes you can't help it, and that ok, you know why? because we pick ourselves up and we try again, never say it as a waste because everytime that number will grow larger each time xx You're growing and slowly healing, don't see this as a setback see this as a small stone in the middle of your very long but worth it path. You aren't annoying anyone with thsi and if someone is annoyed it might be best if they just moved on and ignored it xx
