I'm a huge fan of Romance and slice-of-life genres, especially those with a "slowburn" style. 
Some of my favorite slowburn dramas are My Liberation Notes, Twenty Five Twenty One, Our blues, Summer Strike, At a distance, Spring is green and many mores.

When I watch or read these kinds of stories, I really feel like I'm stepping into their world. 
I get happy when they're happy and sad when they're sad. Some people think slowburn stories are a bit boring because the plot moves slowly and there aren't any big twists or shocking moments. 

But for fans of slowburn, these stories are often comfort reads that bring both joy and sadness, and they feel so close to real life. 
Isn't that just beautiful?

A "slowburn" is a storytelling style where the plot or relationships develop gradually over time. 
Instead of rushing to big moments, it takes a slow and steady approach, letting tension and emotional connections build up slowly. 
This often makes the eventual payoff more impactful and satisfying.
