HELL YEAH I WOKE UP EARLY FOR ONCE AND I'M NOT TIRED!!!!
This may sound like nothing to everyone ,but to me it's an important achievement. My sleep schedule is SHOT and I want/need to fix it. I usually to stay up till 3-4AM and still somehow on the WEEKDAYS wake up at 8 in the morning and on the WEEKENDS I sleep in till about 10 in the morning. Now I'm taking those ✨Melatonin Gummies✨ that arguably taste like sh*t depending on which brand/flavor you buy. Another thing that I think is helping is thunderstorm on roof videos for Sleep Aid.
So yeah I'm really happy that I woke up early and actually feel rested for once.
