~A new beginning for a hopeless wonderer~

A being approaches your town, human like in appearance with no definitive sex. The dirt road under them muffles their footsteps; worn down black boots accompanied by lose and faded pants, their upper clothing being neatly tighten to their body with a cloth. Scarred and tattooed arms exposed to the elements yet the being didn't seem bothered by it. Without a second thought you motion your hand in the air, beckoning their presence. To your surprise they comply.  Thus a new story begins, just who is this cloaked wonderer?
