How the fuck do you have so  many followers

so as most of you should know i wrote a story titled "In The Arms Of Another". it involves two girls and is a romantic story. i got a message today from @lgbt which im assuming is the lgbt+ wattpad account. it suggested that i put (Lesbian Stories) after the title. that way it can be found easier by people looking specifically for books on such topics. im indecisive about putting it on there so i wanted to get some feed back from  all of you. should i put (Lesbian Stories) after the title or no? let me know what you think and if you havent read the book id really appreciate it if you did!
