@YuriOtosaka That makes a lot of sense about Bessie. You can already feel that she’s going to have a lot of depth and growth, and I really like how you portray her so far. And yeah, I was surprised (in a good way) to see Anne and her sister appear so early too it makes the world feel more interconnected and alive.
Do you enjoy writing characters more when you know they’ll have big emotional arcs, or do the quieter, subtle ones interest you just as much?

@ Lume36 I would say Bessie Blount because I, and everyone else who knows her story, understand how she changes throughout the series.

But I was also surprised that Anne Boleyn and her sister were present at the dress fitting of Mary, and that they appear so early in the 2 season.

@YuriOtosaka Wow, that’s a lot of interesting details, and I’m not bored at all! I love how much thought you put into how they look and their fates it really makes them feel alive.

Hmm… if I had to pick, I think I’m most drawn to Mary so far. Her scenes with the dress fitting and her reactions feel so real, and I like seeing her personality shine through.

which character has surprised you the most while writing?
