@MMilburn By the way, https://medium.com/reality-skimming is where I'm posting my more philosophical, journal like articles about "story-telling and life" Just as they occur to me #slowculture style. Making up hash tag nobody uses in flagrant disregard for what works. :-) I do want to learn what works for those times when we have a specific goal to promote. In the meantime, I want to experiment and "think out loud" like the old days. I am making copies of the text, at least, on https://okalrel.org/ref/ now and then. Just a plain HTML/ CSS site there. Lost soooo much when my old wordpress install got hacked due to a few years neglect. Want to keep the content simple in the archive and expect it to stay up so long as I keep paying for okalrel.org to exist.

Okay, if I'm going to play I've got to show up! NEW GOAL spend an hour at least 3 times a week on social media. Might sound lame to digital natives, but although a freenet organizer in the 90s and computer geek even before, I think I still count as a digital immigrant.

I kinda wish there was a wattpad when I was a teenager evolving the themes of the Okal Rel Universe. No way to play, then, unless you got a publisher. Except the ways I did, of course, which were all on paper, or live play-acting, and de facto private. :-)

Got a bit of time I feel I can commit to play and naturally most of the interaction is likely wanna-be bad boyfriends looking to get a rise out of me with a really lame pickup line and some bot inquiries. Ain't it the natural of life online nowadays. Sigh.

First day of 2021 and I've stuck to a new year's resolution to hunt for places to connect on Wattpad. A little wiser but still definitely a newbie. Looks like it might be fun though.
