As I move into the new year, I have made a final Wattpad account. I wouldn't be me without a long, windy explanation, so here it is.
I began on Wattpad around 2020- I had two accounts, one for Sonja Ebersole, my pen name at the time, and one as me: Jessica Gallant. Sonja was my disney-esque fantasy escape, and Jessica wrote spiritual works.
I pulled almost everything and published. And did fairly well as an amateur.
I took years off of writing. My life had changed, I had left my ex-husband and began a new life on PEI. Life kept whipping me around until I came back early this year, confused. I republished a few works: Time's Daughter, Forced Farewell, and was attempting to rewrite works from Sonja: The Petal and the Blade. I messed up a lot in my faith, my family, my everything.
I am returning to my roots. Of what I feel, believe, hope and dream. I will keep a few books up on here, but I won't publish anything new or rewrite anything.
I will be solely on @thegallantwriter
The books I publish there- if you knew me from 2020 are going to be welcomed, new followers may not enjoy them as much and that's fine too.
I've loved getting to know you and being part of the contests and other little thing that makes Wattpad such a great place- expect to see me again from that account (and may the best man win ;) ) You're welcome to follow me on the other account, but if not, have a wonderful new year. Take care of yourselves <3

Hi, Lyra! It's Raven with the Birthday Bash Awards! I hope you're doing well!

Now that the Birthday Bash is completed and I've done a decent chunk of the prizes from the core categories, I'm doing prizes for the Grand Prize winners, which includes Poutine! One of those prizes is the full interview (8-11 questions), and before I start designing it, I wanted to reach out first.

The interview is asynchronous and done at your own pace with no official time limit (although I will give a nudge after two weeks just to check in and keep it on your radar), and there is no minimum or maximum word count requirements either.

It will be posted publicly in my new interview book that is currently at the top of my profile. The questions will primarily revolve around Poutine, but there will be general writing and profile questions as well.

So, before I start designing questions, I wanted to ask: are you okay with being interviewed by me? I totally understand if you are not comfortable with this, as I know some do not like public interviews. So, no issues if the answer's no, but if so, then I'll be happy to design a fun interview for you! I have one new interview posted so far with Mochi711 if you're curious what the formatting will look like.

Let me know what you'd prefer! Either way, the other Grand Prize prizes will be rolling out soon, so I'm excited to revisit Poutine and give it more love!
