          You may have also noticed a change in my nickname. Well, yes, it has. I apologize if this causes you discomfort or frustration. I've been working towards this for a long time and decided that this nickname suits my work and me better. I'm unlikely to change it in the future.
          
          I'm still going through some tough times; I'm often feeling unsettled, and I have very little strength or faith in the future, but I continue to work on my art. I wish the same for you. Always remain strong and true to yourself and your passion.

I also updated the cover of the work. I really liked the previous one, and I have nothing against it. Thanks to the author for it, by the way. But at the moment, I don’t feel that it reflects the real atmosphere and the level of closeness between Charlie and Evan. To tell the truth, the story is not quite what I originally imagined. The atmosphere is darker, while the relationship between the guys is more tender, almost platonic, and I don’t want to introduce an abundance of bed scenes into the text.
          
          This option is more suitable for the work for now. I have no guarantees that the cover will not change again, as well as the title of the work. We’ll see when the work is finished. For now, I see more sense in this.
          
          Charlie standing in the middle of a lavender field, standing behind a chain-link fence, looking into the distance with sadness - this makes sense. I hope it’s clear that there are no lavender fields in Amber Hill. It's just a reflection of the sudden love with Evan and the hope that in the future, beyond the fence, everything will be better. Yeah, I think that's the most authentic version of the cover so far.

Well... I opened the summary of the chapter 19 and realized that I hadn't written it. I put it off until later, and now this very thing has happened. It might take some time, since a lot of things will happen there. In general, the following chapters, starting with 19 and somewhere around 22, will be filled with such brutality that there hasn't been in the entire work so far. I'm not exaggerating, it's just fucking nuts.
          
          I thought a lot today about how I need to learn how to build a competent plot structure so that it doesn't turn out that there's too much good in one place and suddenly everything is bad in another. I'm learning. I'm unlikely to correct much here, I'll just finish writing as I planned. After a while, I'll look at my progress.
