Oh, and in reply to your question about outlining or winging:
I generally like to have at least a rough outline (like the basic plot of where I'm going; i.e. girl meets so-and-so and changes in some way because of whatever-it-is-the-so-and-so-helps-her-with), but I wing the ACTUAL writing. I just go with the flow...
...And that's a reason why my time frames are so loooonnnng, but that's how I roll. ;D 'Cause honestly, I like dialogue way too much for my good. xD
