Due to the subject matter I know Alice holds many triggers for people so please be warned when starting it. The reason I chose to write it was to help work through some things, some of what happened are true some of it is fiction. As a child I had been nearly kidnapped out of a Wal-Mart by a creepy older man and another had touched me in a why an adult shouldn't touch a child . growing up I felt shame and disgust wanting to have any type of sexual relationship with any guy I was dating and never telling anyone what happened to me I never got the help I should have had. As a teen I did try to run away from home a few times but never made it far before coming home. I do have a loving and caring mother which is why I would always come back. We moved states at one point in my life and things improved vastly for me. I took up writing and while I know I make a lot of mistakes and need an editor desperately it has helped me work through a lot of things. If you read Alice thank you, if you are unable to read it that is ok I'm happy you came by. I hope you have a great day and if no one's said it I'm proud of you.
