Hi! Thank you to everyone for reading my book. I apologize for overloading everyone these past few weeks by publishing chapters so frequently.I will only be posting about twice a week going forward ( I have more obligations now) so please stick with me. Thanks again!

Hello Charlotte! Thank you for keeping up with Dirty Little Secret, I really appreciate your comments!
I just wanted to let you know I haven't given up on The Frenemy! The thing is, to be completely honest with you, I'd rather read it once it's complete. I feel like for murder mysteries, you'll always to go back and add/remove stuff as you write. While I understand some people might enjoy reading as your brain develops the plot, I'd rather come back to it once it's done. So I can get the full experience of the murder mystery thriller and enjoy it like a novel I'd buy at the store!
So yes, I'll come back to it once it's complete! I feel a little bad because I know how encouraging comments are while you're writing, but for this genre I'd rather do it like this. Any other genre I'd be happy to read as you go. I hope you understand and this doesn't discourage you.
          Happy writing! :)

Didn’t mean to drop into your board like this, but your TBR just got criminally better. “For a Mobster” should be your next obsession. A dark romance tangled in enemies-to-lovers chaos, hidden identity, forbidden desire, and obsession looking pretty much like protection. Renzo’s the ruthless guy who swore off softness; Alessandra’s the proclaimed good girl who lied her way into his bloodstream. You think opposites attract? Well, this piece shows that opposites ignite. He kills for her, she hurts for him. They’re both doomed… and it’s delicious.

Hey Jean. I thought of you today. Hope you had a nice Christmas.

Also, The Frenemy is about to hit a thousand views. That was fast! Congratulations!

@MITBeagle I do. I'm sure the ending is great but feel free to email me if you don't mind spoiling it - nonsense.verses.21@gmail.com

@n0nsense_verses Hope you had a wonderful Christmas. You have little ones at home, right? Seeing their excitement opening the gifts and for Santa must be special. I'd love to run the twist ending by you to see what you think but don't want to post it here.

@MITBeagle I love a good twist. Can't wait to read it! I need to totally rewrite my early chapters, but probably not till the book is done because right now I have no sense of my story as a whole. It feels like a loosely related collection of episodic chapters. Hopefully reading the whole thing in one go at the end will give me some insight as to how to make it coherent, like it's driving toward a climax (it is! It just doesn't feel like it yet).

Hi! Thanks so much for reading and commenting on my book. I didn’t expect your continued support after the first couple of chapters.

I’m a brand new writer so if you continue reading, I hope you’ll forgive my greenness. I’m desperate for feedback on pacing, plot structure, character development etc.

If you have any feedback you’d like to share privately you can reach me at winterbeforespringstudio@gmail.com to discuss author stuff, if you’re so inclined.

Two Worlds Collide is almost complete but your insights will help with my next efforts.

          I love your writing. ✍️

          Have a great day!

Jean! You mentioned a while back being willing to advise me on my severely autistic minor character (Arnie, Joe's brother). I plan to reveal more about him soon and would love to know if you have any suggestions for how to approach it. I want to establish the sweetness of their brotherly bond as children, such as it was able to exist, and avoid sensationalizing his condition. If you happen to have any insight at all, I'm all ears.
