@IrenicJ_stories Yes, it will be. The competition submissions only closed yesterday and I have not gotten a chance start judging yet. I have over 50 stories to read for it and I am the only person doing the judging, so it will take a while. (Judging will probably not be completely finished until January.)
(If this is about "Mortuus Hiems" going up, it was already scheduled prior. This is the first time I've been able to get into the account today. Judging takes a while.)
For those who have entered either of our contests: Remember, you are a talented, amazing writer! Don't let anyone tell you otherwise! Your writing style works for you and that's what matters.
Have a great day/night!
@MacabreMortem I'm excited to see what comes out of your contests! It seems like a great place to discover unique writers. I look forward to upcoming events as well
For those participating in the Macabre Mortem writing prompt competition that was launched in May, remember: you don't have to complete your story to submit it. As long as your story falls into the right range for what type you chose, it's fine.
Once again, due to the lack of submissions, the final submission dates for short stories and novelettes will be extended--as well as novellas. Now, for this year only, all of the stories will be accepted until Halloween.
