@HERE4THEWORDS I agree. For some reason, I'm not getting updates on stories that people have published. But anyways I'm glad you enjoyed the chapter. And yes, I'm enjoying the holiday season.  And I'm glad you enjoyed the chapter. I'm doing my best not to glamorize the stages of post childbirth. I know it can be hard for some women. Especially Mani, who has a mental illness. Yes…. Post childbirth is, for some of us, not all rainbows and unicorns.  I had an emergency csection after 29 hours of labor… yep 29 hours…. and wasn’t even able to hear my daughter cry for the first time as I had to be “ put under”…. And then the inability for my body to  produce enough milk to feed her and even pump added to my feelings of complete failure….thank goodness for my hubby and mom but even they didn’t realize my struggled because I suppressed it because it’s supposed to be the “happiest time of your life” as a parent and all I wanted to do was sit and bawl.  Thankfully  I pushed out of it and my daughter and I became super close and are still super close now (she’s 22 now) I LOVE  how you delve into so many aspects and don’t sugarcoat anything.  As far as Nikki relapsing that makes me sad but was def a part of his life for many years.  Hope they can work through it eventually and end up at the end of the story a happy family….. much love to you and hope you’re having a wonderful Holiday Season 

@RobinSixxcrue81 Girl... you are a warrior! 29 hours! I have nothing to ever complain about. I'm glad you and your daughter are healthy. And yes, Nikki has his setback, but I promise a good ending. Happy holidays to you as well!

@RobinSixxcrue81 Yeah, I didn't want to do a whole she's a great Mama and knows exactly what's she's doing. One Mani has characteristics of a sociopath. So she's going to struggle with the baby. And two, she's a new mom. It's going to be difficult. I'm happy that you had your husband to help you. Because though I'm not a mom, I saw how difficult it was when my baby sister was born to help take care of her and also my twin nephews. as for Nikki... well, eventually, he will relapse sadly =(
