Washington sometimes asks Donut for concealer or foundation to hide his freckles. He doesn't do it often, usually only on bad days when he needs to feel a little better about himself when he looks in the mirror. Donut is the only one who knows he has freckles, and even then still hasn't seen Wash's face.
