My name is Maggie, and I love to write. Specifically, I LOVE fantasy, and I LOVE superheroes. (I mean, who doesn't like men in spandex and elves trying to solve problems diplomatically while the human turns everything to shit?) 

My stories so far are &quot Lightning Strikes Twice" and "Roses and Thorns". 

LST follows Laura Cooke, a perfectly ordinary, nothing's special about her, yep nothing, highschool student living in Vertrine City, New York. Laura soon discovers her relation to the city's famous Lightning Man, and the similar powers that they share. She is quickly pulled into the mysterious world of superheroes, and Lightning Man's past with the defeated villain Caesar. 

RaT is about two different people, Kass and Ezra, who both live on a continent populated by magical beings called Roses and Thornes. 
Kass is a barmaid that remembers little before her brother brought her to live with her grandparents and work in their tavern. 
Ezra is a soldier, raised to rule the lands the Thornes occupy. 
One possesses the power to give life to others, prolonging their lives. The other possesses the power to take the life from others, prolonging their own lifetime.
