How do I get over my humiliation?  
          My hands and arms are shaking, I ask myself if I'm alright? Am I? 
          I feel so full of energy, there's only chaos in my mind, I want to get revenge but it's all humiliating. 
          How do I turn something negative into positive? 
          Should I convince myself that its fine when I'm really not? Do I lie to myself? I can't. 
          I probably shouldn't stay up until 6 in the morning.

Humiliation. Hands and arms shaking, body is at a dead end stop. I don't know what to do. If only I thought ahead rather than going headfirst into a fight.
          
          Murder and chaos is on my mind. I can't live it down.

Just ate expired roasted chicken might get poisoned
          

There was a bird in my garden today.
          My aunt found it in the garden first and showed me, it kinda looked injured and i asked if we could take the bird to the vet but cant?
          
          So i lifted the bird to somewhere with soil although some minutes later i came back to check on it
          
          It was lying on its back and i was told to flip it over by my aunt.
          
          But later, i had been told to put in the corner of our garden hidden in dark or something. I came back to check on it though cos I was worried abit. Its eyes were closed when I held it so i had obvious reason to worry.
          
          Another time over 6pm, holding it, legs - one folded and the other out i wasn't sure what to do. When i spoke, its eyes opened. At the end i had to put it in the corner of my garden.
          Wash my hands first being my father spraying dettol on my hands and me going in to properly wash them.
          
          
          
          Btw the bird had white round its eyes with 1 black stripe. Forest or just darkish green back. Tail a blueish grey or almost grey and chest a yellow
