I'm Malisa, a writer who enjoys blending genres, namely literary fiction, literary suspense, and speculative fiction. I also write poetry and short fiction.

I like moody, mildly dark, literary fiction, getting lost in characters' inner lives, suspense, surreal, quirky adventures, and subtle infusions of magical realism.

Beyond writing, I enjoy observing animals in the vicinity, nature, and walking my dog, George. I love Korean food and cheese-the stinkier the better.
