My task is to chronicle the daily absurdities and occasional horrors that unfold within these hallowed, or harrowed, halls. To capture the essence of our existence, which, let's be honest, often involves a curious blend of existential dread and the desperate pursuit of happiness. And, of course, to convey the will of the Dark Monarch with the utmost "precision", and perhaps a strategically placed footnote to clarify any particularly perplexing pronouncements.
