I am a happy wife to a former Army MP turned musician to IT professional.  I have 3 kids who are all in school.  I am a CPTSD survivor working toward healing my mind and body.  I have 2 cats and 2 dogs.  I consider myself to be a professional coffee drinker and aficionado.  If I refuse chocolate, I am either ill or had my quota for the day.  I am a runner with a  crafty DIY personality.
