I am a freelance creative writer living in Brantford, ON. In 1988 I launched Cavern of Dreams Publishing in order to publish my own work, and the work of local writers. In 2014 we launched a new service and added editing to our services. Our company motto - is to go that extra mile for each piece of writing that crosses our desks. In 2017, I turned my company over to my lead editor so I could focus strictly on my own writing.

I studied English and Psychology at Waterloo University, and also earned a certificate in Freelance Journalism. For several years I wrote articles and a short story column for the Brantford Expositor.
 
I have published several collections of poetry, two collections of short stories, a biography, the Night's Vampire series (6 volumes), the Detective Toby series (3 books), two youth novels, nine bilingual children's books, and five children's picture books.
