Hoping that someday there will be a rise in Filipino animated series (like the Thai GL animated series "My Honey"). There's so many talented Filipino artists and animators, but they're not given the chance to showcase their skills & talent (if they were, it's really limited like the show getting cut short). (◞‸◟)

It just feels like a different kind of heartache seeing SO MANY great Filipino films/movies/media. There's substance in their dialogues and stories. They're well-thought, yet they remain barely appreciated. Barely known. And maybe that's the beauty and pain of being creative. It's the fact you'll pour your heart into something but face the uncertainty of seeing it accumulate to something or not-- or maybe even if it doesn't, you'll still feel accomplished because its mere existence is already enough.

Helloo! Just wanted to ask what actors/actresses/irl person you picture the characters of Spring Onions as? For me, I use Jeon So-nee as reference kay Mayumi, but it may change as I explore her character design ^-^ (namention din kasi na she looks "mestiza" rather than "chinita".)

My friend is kinda lil similar on how mayumi talks in chats but when I showed her the ss of mayumi talking in texts sabi nya hindi naman raw haha! Maybe just me(⁠・⁠∀⁠・⁠)

Hello! I've been exploring different GL medias lately and I would really appreciate some good recommendations! It can be manga, series, movies, etc. Just any good GL you enjoyed as well. (Btw check out "Heartstrings" in comicfury. It's a bit matured but the story is really interesting (pop star x rock star)! It's so so criminal how underrated it is!!!)

Found a chapter that I wrote when I was younger. I'm publishing it despite its unfinished state to remind me of the beloved characters put on hold to give way to Spring Onions. Funny how I used to be embarassed of that chapter, but I now read it like it's the most precious thing.
