I hope the holiday period has been enjoyable for everyone, thank you all for the latest responses on the new chapter of Beyond The Surface. This book will be coming to an end soon (Jan 9th) when the very last chapter covering season 1 will be published.
But never fear! A sequel is in development for a late winter, early spring publish in 2026! Thank you for all the continuous support it’s greatly appreciated.
Who’s excited for the next chapter tomorrow at 9am GMT? Me!! Also please share if you have any ideas for the next chapter here. Thanks for reading Dees journey. Season one is almost finished!!

After reading beyond the surface (brilliant writing btw) I just want to say thank you for informing me about Usher syndrome, I had never heard of it before and honestly after reading your authors note I feel as though more people ened to be informed of this myself included. So thank you for teaching those you have read your novels its really appreciated!!

Thank you , I am so glad you have been enjoying Beyond the Surface. Yes Usher Syndrome is a very underrepresented condition (deaf blindness) you would typically see either deafness or blindness represented in media not both which inspired the creation of Delilah Gilmore!
Hello all, thank you for so much love on Beyond the Surface with Dee Gilmore having Usher Syndrome. As a special treat tomorrow at 9am (September 20th) I will be releasing the next chapter of the book early to celebrate Usher Syndrome Awareness day!
I love how you put that in there. I never find books with different illnesses or anything in them. I wish I could find one where someone has mild Tourette’s (just ticks/twitches not the blurting things out and worse stuff)
Been working on chapters! now have three scheduled! first one shall be this Friday at 9am BST. then every other week at the same time!
the next chapter covering Paris is burning has now been written, it will be published on July 11th at 9am!
The next chapter in Beyond the Surface is going to be a major turning point! It will be uploaded on the 27th of June at 9am
