The next chapter of Echoes of the Forgotten World is set to drop Friday 12:00am CST

I won’t be writing this weekend. Life has its claws in me for a bit, and the pages will have to wait their turn.  
          
          But Echoes of the Forgotten World keeps its promise.  
          The next chapter releases Monday at 12:00 a.m. CST

After careful deliberation, I have decided to go a different direction. Ephemeral has now been renamed to "Echoes of the Forgotten World."

As it turned out, the evening slipped away to an unexpected battle with the internet, and by the time the dust settled there was little time left for writing. I’ll pick the work back up tomorrow and see how much more ground I can cover.
          
          As always, if you have any suggestions, I’m more than happy to hear them.

I dragged two chapters out of myself tonight, though the first one keeps staring back at me like it knows a secret I haven’t uncovered yet. I’m not convinced I like the shape it’s taken on the page, but that’s a battle for another night.  
          
          For now, Ephemeral marches on. The next chapter drops Friday, March 6th at 12:00 a.m. CST.  
          
          Let the dark hours do what they do best.

I have republished just another girl with my new pen name, it is currently canceled/on hold, however, I may pick it back up after completing Ephemeral. Or if I get stuck at some point and want something a little different than I am currently writing.

Writing didn't come as easily today, faltering where I usually fill the page. I hope Chapter 6 moved you through the pages. And as always, please feel free to let me know if something has slipped through the cracks.

I found myself caught in a story’s undertow, finishing the whole thing instead of writing. Tonight, with a little quiet and a little discipline, I’ll slip back into my own world and coax another chapter into the dark.

The weather today was refreshing, and i wished I could have spent more time outside soaking it in before the cold returns for just a bit longer, next week seems to bring in the rain and I long for the smell of it hitting the ground of the small town I grew up in instead of the city I have found myself settled in now. Something about it just helps the mind run just a bit smoother.
          Writing went well today, and I remain on track for the next release of chapter 6.
