well sometimes I think stupid things and I just start doing things that I don't even want to do.  and sometimes I don't know that I'm doing it and my grandma or my dad has to tell me to stop. but sometimes I know I'm doing it and I stop. I do all this because of my mom but things have changed but not for me. When I was little my parents used to fight all the time and I don't know for sure but I think my dad has anger issues because he use to beat up my mom and I would always jump on him and  tell him to stop but he would just push me back and yell at me. and they would always fight because my mom would be drunk and she would start it. now she is in rehab and she is getting it together and hopefully she will stay like that.
