I hate "About Me" sections. So frelling difficult to fill in. But there, something you now know about me thanks to an "About Me" section...yay!

Well, my name isn't actually May, first of all. It's Mia, but I call myself "MaytheLyoness" here and on Twitter because of the name (May) and brand (Lyon) of my first guitar. I chose the name (after Brian, ha ha) but not the brand (even though it's a cool name for a guitar brand). You may have guessed I'm a musician, and I am. I'm an anthropology student and a library worker by day, and a musician by night. Music fuels my stories--it always has, ever since I was a young girl learning cursive. (Which I never use anymore, by the way.) So whatever I write, expect it to be full of that. I adore Queen, The Who, Def Leppard, Rod Stewart, Led Zeppelin, Adam Lambert, and Muse, and there are many others I love and like but that aren't quite at the "adoration" level.

I am currently pumping out my first Wattpad story, Diary of a Noirtopia Rebel. I may do other little things on here when I develop writer's block in the midst of that story, but mainly, that'll be what I work on for a while. Read and enjoy--and thanks for looking!
