Author, i get the method you explain about solving that cipher but i am curious to know is there any other alternative method exists. Could it be solve in any other way.
@ninaselena24 uhmmm. There are many variations for that kind of code. You can actually make your own code out of it. But as for the way to solve it, I think it is the only way to solve it
What kind of cipher is this 10+9++2 9++2/+7+9+6+9.
@ninaselena24 since the english alphabet only has 26 letters, it's unlikely to have 29. Think of this code as a cartesean coordinate plane. the (+) sign marks the origin.

@ninaselena24 you know actually i gave this code to my rival as a challenge to decode it and i don't completely understand it myself so i really need solution right now as sheiy explains it's an emergency.
@ninaselena24 hello, I unpublished the 2nd part of In the mind of the genius. The reason is that I need to reach at least 50k reads for one book. Since I'm not actively promoting my work, the only solution at hand is to merge them together and hopefully garner more views. Of course, updating the story will be necessary too.
